Baltic Training Services and Jepson and Co Ltd are delighted to be recruiting for an IT Support Apprentice to join their team of technical experts based in Sheffield. Jepson and Co LTD were established in 1894, they are the leading manufacturer and supplier of number plates and number plate printing systems in the UK, Belgium, France and Ireland. With over 120 years in the trade this family run business is the oldest number plate manufacturer in the UK.They are looking to meet candidates who are passionate about IT, with excellent communications skills and loads of enthusiasm to learn within their growing team.

You will be working alongside existing staff and be mentored and trained to carry out the following duties:
- Telephone support
- Remote support of customer installations using TeamViewer
- Printer configuration
- Software installation
- Preparing hardware & Software kits for use by customers
- Web portal administration
- Updating CRM information and Microsoft Navision
Training to be provided:
- Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in ICT
- Level 3 Advanced Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
- CompTIA A+
- ITIL Foundation
- Cloud Services and Disaster Recovery
- Coding and Logic
- Level 2 Functional Skills (Literacy, Numeracy and ICT)
Skills and qualifications required:
- 5 GCSE's A-C grades, including Math's and English.
- Passion for IT.
- Great organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Attention to detail.
- Hardworking and motivated.

Upon completion of the 12 month programme, there are real progression opportunities available. Along with your employer, you may decide to progress onto our level 4 programme and take your training even further.
Salary, hours and benefits
- £203.00 per week
- Full time (37.5 Hours per week)
Location and travel
This role is located in central Sheffield and is easily accessible via, all major public transport routes
